On July 24, 2024, under a bright sunny sky, we welcomed a new client—Anurag. This was Anurag's first visit to China, specifically to find reliable suppliers. Before his departure, he had contacted several potential suppliers but ultimately decided to make our company his first stop. This decision stemmed from our meticulous attention to his journey and the thoughtful arrangements we made—finding a hotel based on his preferences and arranging a DiDi ride to pick him up and bring him to our company. These detailed services made him feel our genuine care, prompting him to prioritize visiting us first.
When Anurag arrived at our company, our team members were already waiting inside with a warm welcome, eager to greet our guest from afar. As he stepped into the elevator, the company’s vibrant atmosphere and our team's friendly reception made him feel incredibly welcome and at home.
Once the meeting began, we had an in-depth discussion with him, learning that he mainly sells coffee beans and is looking for distinctive coffee equipment to pair with his coffee sales. He also expressed strong interest in future brand customization, hoping we could design exclusive branded products for him. We carefully listened to his needs and provided solutions from a professional perspective, with an altruistic approach to help him address his current challenges and support him in building his brand in the future.
Although Anurag is just starting out and has smaller order quantities, he still wished to have his own logo. We happily supported him, offering small-batch customization services, demonstrating our commitment to every customer and our flexible solutions. After the meeting, we arranged a car to take him back to his hotel for some rest.
In the following three days, Anurag visited several other coffee equipment suppliers, but neither their high-end quality nor unique designs matched what we offered. After returning home, Anurag sent us a special message of thanks, acknowledging our team’s hospitality and highly praising our product designs. He said, "I really like your team, and I love your product designs."
