Creating High-End Gifts for International Bank for the Coming New Year

In June 2023, Samut, a customer from Thailand, contacted us through a livestream. He expressed great interest in our products and mentioned that he was looking for a high-end gift for an international bank’s New Year project—a unique coffee or tea set. After a detailed consultation, we tailored a gift proposal for the client, recommending our latest ceramic Polaris French press coffee maker. This product combines multiple premium materials, including an exquisite ceramic body, walnut wood lid and handle, a hourglass timer, and a 304 stainless steel plunger and filter, perfectly meeting the customer’s demand for a high-end product.

After receiving the sample, the client was extremely satisfied with the quality and presented it to the bank’s senior management. To further enhance the customer experience, we not only provided a detailed product usage tutorial video but also highlighted the product's key selling points and explained the craftsmanship and design concept behind it. Our mission is to create more value for customers and help them succeed through exceptional products and services.

In September 2024, the client requested 500 gift sets with a very tight delivery deadline. In response to this urgent need, we quickly presented three different gift set options for the client to choose from. Given that this was for a bank’s high-end New Year gift project, we recommended several ready-to-ship products with distinctive features. Ultimately, the client chose our Polaris Ceramic French Press CPA600-05A paired with two Cappuccino Coffee Cups CM230-01A, all packed in a luxurious handcrafted gift box with gold foil stamping. Additionally, we suggested a minimalist yet luxurious laser-engraved logo customization to enhance the brand’s premium image.

Throughout the production process, we maintained close communication with the client. From sample approval to mass production, every stage was meticulously controlled to ensure that each product met the highest quality standards. Whether it was the ceramic body craftsmanship or the finishing of each accessory, our production team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect.

In just 22 days, we successfully completed the production of all 500 gift sets and delivered them on time. The client highly appreciated our rigorous work ethic and efficient service, praising the quality of the products. The successful delivery of this project not only earned the client’s trust but also strengthened our long-term partnership with them.

We hope to build a long-term partnership with your company in the future.” As a result, the client decided to co-brand our products with the bank’s end client.
