Strengthening Cooperation and Partnership with Juan

We are honored to have welcomed our long-term client from the U.S., with whom we have collaborated for over five years. We are truly grateful for his trust and support throughout these years. This visit marked his first return to China since the outbreak of the pandemic in 2019. During his initial visit in 2019, he was deeply impressed by the high quality and original designs of our coffee and tea ware. His team even commented, "Your company is an outstanding Chinese enterprise that continually strives for progress, learning, and innovation." Hearing these words brought us great comfort and made us realize the responsibility we bear to continuously enhance product quality and innovation, helping our clients create more value.

Despite the inability to visit in person during the pandemic, we maintained close online communication with the client, frequently exchanging new design ideas and gathering his feedback. Over the past few years, the client has consistently supported our orders, and we successfully helped him complete several major projects, earning recognition and continued support for his end-client’s coffee chain brand. In June of this year, the client placed a new order for Cappuccino Coffee Cups. Thanks to our proactive efforts in producing samples, we ultimately secured approval from his end client. These products will be used in coffee chains and exhibitions, helping to enhance their brand image and add value.

Day 1: Welcoming and Factory Tour

At the end of August, Juan decided to visit his main suppliers in China, including us, to gain a deeper understanding of our production processes. We arranged a three-day itinerary for him, starting with a warm reception at the train station, where we were thrilled to reunite with our long-time client, feeling as though we were meeting an old friend.

We met Juan in the evening and took him to our factory, where we reviewed the production status and gave a detailed introduction to our processes. Since the client was not familiar with ceramics production, we explained each stage step by step, including mold making, pressing, trimming, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. He witnessed firsthand how we maintain strict quality control at every stage and expressed his deep appreciation for our craftsmanship. Our artisans, with over ten years of experience, ensure the highest quality in each product, which the client found very satisfying.

During dinner, we shared local cuisine and culture while diving deeper into our company values. We have always adhered to the spirit of altruism, putting our clients first and creating real value through high-quality products and unique designs. Juan strongly resonated with our culture, showing his approval with a thumbs-up. We then escorted him back to his hotel for the night.

Day 2: Main Factory Tour and Cultural Exchange

The next morning, we took the client to visit our main factory, where the hand-painted and stamped production lines were in full operation. We showcased the production process for these items, helping the client gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of ceramics manufacturing, while also witnessing the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans. We also shared the origins of ceramics, their historical development, and various manufacturing methods from different eras. We highlighted our collaborations with artists, allowing Juan to appreciate the rich cultural heritage and innovation in ceramic art.

After the morning tour of our main factory, we treated the client to some local delicacies and arranged a mountain tea tasting session. Juan showed great interest in tea, so we gifted him some premium Phoenix Mountain tea to take back home. On the return journey, we took him on a brief tour of local attractions, and in the evening, we enjoyed a traditional Hakka meal in Meizhou before ensuring his smooth departure back to Guangzhou via high-speed rail.

Day 3: Visit to Guangzhou Headquarters and Final Wrap-Up

On the third day, we picked up Juan and brought him to visit our Guangzhou marketing headquarters and assembly workshop. Our entire marketing team warmly welcomed the client, presenting him with a tea set as a commemorative gift. Reflecting on photos from his visit five years ago, Juan was deeply moved and expressed his satisfaction with the progress we’ve made over the years.

This time, Juan was accompanied by his QC manager, Nicolas, who brought a light-hearted and humorous atmosphere to our discussions. Over lunch, we introduced them to authentic Cantonese cuisine, and Juan expressed great interest in the food and culture of different regions. After lunch, we toured the assembly workshop, where the client observed our 100% quality inspection process for each component and gained insight into our high-standard quality control measures. We then visited our R&D lab, where Juan personally experienced the development and testing processes for both electric and manual coffee grinders.

To wrap up the day, we took Juan to our showroom, where we showcased our latest coffee and tea ware designs. In a relaxed setting, we had further discussions about his needs. As the evening approached, we arranged transportation to take him back to his hotel.

This visit not only deepened our understanding of Juan's needs but also further strengthened our partnership. Over the course of three days of tours and in-depth conversations, the client expressed full confidence in our production processes and product quality. His positive feedback has reinforced our commitment to providing top-quality products and services. Looking ahead, we will continue to innovate and improve, creating even more value for our clients, and we eagerly anticipate an even longer-lasting partnership in the future.
