The customer was planning to expand the coffee utensil product line at that time, especially looking for products with differentiated advantages. During the exhibition, the customer visited several booths but failed to find products that meet their needs. Until he passed the DHPO booth, he was deeply attracted by our innovative design and environmental protection concepts, because the customer is a well-known brand from the United States, focusing on product development of environmental protection concepts.
After the exhibition, customers will contact us actively, hoping to learn more about our products and services. Adhering to the service concept of "creating brand value for customers", we have achieved the corporate mission of helping customers succeed and practice the altruistic corporate philosophy and culture. Efficiently respond to customer needs
We quickly sent samples for customer testing. The customer's internal team conducted detailed tests on our Fast Press pot and double-layer coffee cups and expressed great satisfaction with the product design and quality. Subsequently, the customer proposed a private customization requirement, hoping to print its brand logo on the product. We completed the customized samples within one week and sent them to the customer. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the LOGO effect and hoped to reach a cooperation.
Quotation and order confirmation
After receiving the customized samples, the customer requests a batch quotation. We have provided the first batch of quotation plans for 19.5 K products in total, and it was unanimously approved after internal discussions by customers. Since the customer is a well-known brand, there are certain standards and requirements for the food safety and environmental protection requirements of the product. We also provide relevant imported food safety certificates and cotton ring guarantee certificates for packaging boxes to ensure that the product complies with the US import regulations. After reviewing the relevant certificates, the customer formally confirmed the order and paid the deposit.
