After understanding Wout's expectations, we invited him to a video call to show the customer our corporate philosophy and real samples. He expressed high appreciation for our products. Because Wout is a start-up brand, we want to test the market with a small batch. But at that time, the product he was interested in was out of stock, so we recommended the Climber Tea Pot TPA600-03A for the customer to consider. However, he finally expressed a special liking for the original teapot and wanted to match it with two tea cups. After communication, we learned that his demand was relatively small and required a customized logo and color box. So, we suggested that him increase the quantity. Normally, the minimum order quantity is at least 500 sets, but considering that he is just starting out, and our mission is to create the customer's brand value and consider the customer's business as our own business, through communication and consultation with the team, we finally provided him with a product solution of 300 sets, and Wout also gladly accepted it.
After placing the order, Wout also asked us whether we could help produce the pictures needed for its official website. Although this service is not included in our regular services and usually requires an additional charge, after team communication, we decided to provide this service to customers free of charge as a value-added service, and completed the production of the pictures according to the customer's requirements.
